Shipping and Delivery Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at GetRenewedTech.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on at sales@GetRenewedTech.com.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
All orders are sent free of charge, GetRenewedTech at it’s sole discretion will choose the type of shipping method for each order, all products are sent fully insured with a maximum delivery time of 48 hours in the UK or one week for international orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
We have a 30-day return policy for goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@GetRenewedTech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
