We are regularly contacted via Live Chat asking for support for licenses purchased from elsewhere unfortunately, we cannot provide support for licenses  that have not been obtained directly from us. All licenses for AutoDesk software are converted to ‘entitlements’ that we assign directly to your AutoDesk account (using the email you provide at checkout). You will always download the purchased software from AutoDesk’s own website using your own AutoDesk account. If a vendor is selling you a type-in license key, giving you a random email address and password to login with or asking you to download from anywhere other than AutoDesk’s own website we advise extreme caution as it’s likely that either the license is stolen or they are providing cracked software which could contain malware, by purchasing an entitlement assigned directly to your AutoDesk account you are ensuring that AutoDesk themselves have approved the entitlement to be added.

Neither GetRenewedTech nor Autodesk verifies eligibility for Educational licenses, and both license types are eligible for support direct from AutoDesk, GetRenewedTech will also support any installation issues via Live Chat during working hours (9am-6pm GMT) if preferred.

Your license will be directly issued to your AutoDesk account. Please ensure you use the same email when making your purchase on GetRenewedTech as we will assign the license to the email used during the purchase.
